Blossom Apple Pectin Plus is a multi-fibres blend, providing 513mg of dietary fibre per capsule.The high-quality fibre is derived from psyllium husk, flaxseed, sugar beet, prune juice, fig fruit, rhubarb, pectin and other naturally high-fibre foods and herbs.

Apple pectin is extracted from apple peels and fibers with broader uses than other fruit pectins. It helps with weight loss, digestion, and even emotional problems. Apart from reducing food intake, apple pectin binds to fats and carbohydrates in your stomach and intestine, decelerating the absorption. Apple pectin can also remove the radioactive particles, heavy metals, and toxins from your body. Pectin creates chelation and attracts positively charged metals. It binds heavy metals in the intestine and removes the toxins through bowel movements.

Directions:     Take 1 or 2 capsules, 1 to 3 times per day or adjust intake as required.
